I have not been able to check the globe out fully as it is a Christmas present and as such it is not in my keeping at present. If you wish comments after Christmas I would be happy to give them to you. Globe looks good from a quick inspection.

The globe is exactly what I had been looking for. The relief view and political view show good detail. The facility to set the globe to a particular date/ time works well. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Article arrived undamaged and was exactly as described. Only problem was the bulb did not work so had to go out and buy a new one. Hence 4* rating.

A globe in a good quality,what you can expect in that price range. But, disappointed with the boundaries for the mid day sun. Around 20th december we have midwinter day. The darkest day of the year. At that time the sun is not seen above the arctic circle any time of the day. According to the light in the globe, the arctic circle have moved south about 1300 km in the vicinity of Stockholm/Helsinki/Oslo area. For the midsummer day around the 20th June, the sun never sets above the arctic circle, but the midsummer sun on your gloobe is seen as far south as mid Sweden about 800 - 1000 km south of the arctic circle. Would appreciate a comment from Geodus. Kent
